An entrepreneur himself, Steve is all too familiar with  the challenges of recruiting skilled laborers and the importance of giving young people access to trade education and training. His organization is on a mission to change the narrative and the access to skilled training not only locally in his community of Rye, NH but across the country through scholarship access and national partnerships with Trade schools.
