गुरूणां पूजा

कदाचित् वेदनिधिः महर्षिं व्यासं पृष्टवान् "भगवन्, मानवाः भवता भृशम् उपकृताः । अतः मानवा: भवद्विषये केन प्रकारेण श्रद्धां समर्पयेयुः?" इति । महर्षिः व्यासः अवदत् "केवलं मम पूजनं वा स्तुतिं वा कृत्वा मम प्रीतिः न भवति । सर्वत्र धर्मेषु, सम्प्रदायेषु, गुरुषु च मम अंशः विद्यते । अतः स्वस्य स्वस्य गुरुणां पूजा एव मम पूजा । एषा पूजा आषाढपूर्णिमायाम् आचर्येत" । तस्मात् दिनात् आषाढपूर्णिमा 'व्यासपूर्णिमात्वेन' 'गुरुपूर्णिमात्वेन' वा आचर्यते ।

Once, Vedinidhi asked Sage Vyasa, "Revered one, you have greatly benefited humanity. How should people express their devotion to you?" Sage Vyasa replied, "Merely worshiping or praising me does not bring me joy. I exist in all religions, traditions, and gurus. Therefore, honoring one's own guru is equivalent to honoring me. This worship should be performed on Ashadha Purnima". From that day onward, Ashadha Purnima has been celebrated as Vyas Purnima or Guru Purnima in reverence of gurus.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
