Jen Murray, North Fork resident and leading environmentalist, talks about her lifelong engagement with the natural world, as a chicken, pig and organic vegetable farmer and now as founder of Turtleback Conservation Center with its mission to protect endangered species and educate the public along with supporting citizen science projects.
