Atmospheric Rivers

Atmospheric rivers are ranked, weak to strong, as level one to five. The atmospheric river that's forecast to hit the foothills Saturday night and all of Sunday is expected to rank somewhere between three and five. Al Stahler and climatologist Bill Patzert talk about these rivers in the sky.
