More About Our Guest: Jenny is a multifamily marketing maven with a career spanning over 25 years. She kicked things off as an affordable housing manager in Wilson County, TN while earning her bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration from Belmont University. She then went on to rock the marketing and sales world at Apartments.com and ApartmentGuide.com, ultimately landing as the VP of Marketing for Elmington Property Management where she started the first revenue-generating multifamily marketing department in Nashville. In 2016, Jenny spearheaded the marketing for Tony Giarratana's 1818 Church development, which set the record for Nashville's fastest lease-up. Just a year later, she became Giarratana's Chief Marketing Officer and led the lease-up of 505, Tennessee's tallest residential tower where she and the team set jaw-dropping price-per-square-foot records in the market for apartments and condominiums. Currently, Jenny is leading the marketing charge for three more Giarratana towers changing the Nashville skyline, including 1010, which at 60 stories will be the tallest building in the state.
