Finding the right cofounder is the recipe for a successful business. Henley Vazquez is the cofounder of FORA and shares her wisdom on finding the right partners to grow the business of your dreams. If you are thinking about starting your business, trying to decide if you need a co-founder, and who the right person is for the job, it can be a difficult task. You have to find people that have different specialties and views, and somebody that you are comfortable arguing and being honest with because a good co-founder relationship is similar to a marriage. The right fit will be so much more than somebody who is simply qualified and wants to take on the role, so you have to learn to trust your gut.
