Jesus was tested in every way and yet was found without sin. This gives us hope that the Spirit that empowered Jesus to have victory over sin and death is that same Spirit that we posses because we are united with Christ.
Therefore we can live our lives in freedom knowing that Jesus took care of the problem once and for all!
