Real Estate News:
If you have been watching the interest rates, then you know they went over 7% but thankfully they have come back down some. It’s being reported that the debt ceiling issue is what sent the interest rates up but the bond market is doing better and that has helped the interest rates.
The average lender is just under 7% for a top tier 30 year fixed rate. Hopefully the interest rate will come down more but we will have to wait and see.
