Our guests this month, Judi Keith-Brown, a registered architect and president of NZIA, and Perry Barber, a Registered Master Builder, have cultivated a successful working relationship that has spanned more than a decade. They share many stories and experiences about how working together helps their renovations and new builds tick along smoothly, and keep their clients happy from the get go.
A positive working relationship between an architect and builder is critical for a project to run smoothly. Through effective collaboration, disagreements between onsite workers and clients are minimised, deadlines are met and the end product is executed to perfection.
