Episode 7 - Rest into Summer with Yoga Nidra

In this 19-minute episode, I share with you a little bit about yoga nidra and then I guide you through a yoga nidra practice to rest into summer with the energies of joy, play & creativity. Yoga nidra is a technique, a state of consciousness, and a goddess. In many ways, yoga nidra is a mystery. Yoga nidra is magical. Yoga nidra is a sacred act in modern times.
