Reading 2 Kings Chapter 20

Hezekiah is deathly ill around the time of the destruction of Sennacherib's army by by the angel, but Yahweh grants Hezekiah 15 more years to live after Hezekiah prays. Then, Hezekiah asks for a sign that this is all going to come to pass and Yahweh makes the shadow of the sundial to go backward ten steps. Soon after, the son of the Babylonian king comes to visit Hezekiah. Hezekiah proudly shows off all of his treasures, which results in a prophecy from Isaiah that the days are coming when all these treasures will be taken away to Babylon and some of Hezekiah's sons will become eunuchs in the Babylonian palace.
