Alison Scudds - Demo Team Captain, Phenomenal Athlete and Wicked Smart

We sit down with Alison right after she was announced as the Demo Team captain for the CrossFit Games. Alison grew up in Columbus, Ohio where she excelled at several sports but her first love was all star cheerleading and being a flyer. She went to the University of Miami where she made friends with Dylan Malitsky and Noah Ohlson. Dylan helped her find CrossFit and there she has flurished with several Regionals appearances and is fighting for her first Games appearance. Alison has used her BioMedical Engineering degree to research hormonal birth control and its affect on women and has some interesting blogs on the subject.
