In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey with endometriosis — how my symptoms started in college, the years of chronic pelvic pain that followed, and the long road it took to finally reclaim my health.
I discuss experience with multiple surgeries, medications, and being told that birth control or more procedures were my only options. For a long time, I believed that endometriosis would control my life. But after continuing to struggle even after surgery, I started searching for deeper answers.
I'll walk you through how shifting to a root-cause approach, like addressing gut health, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle habits, completely changed the trajectory of my symptoms and my quality of life.
If you’re living with endometriosis and feel like you’ve tried everything, I want you to know there are more options than you may have been told. This episode is about what I learned on my journey, what finally helped me feel like myself again, and why healing is possible.
