The Benchwarmers

Football is back!  With spring football getting underway across the Arklatex, Haughton's Matthew Sewell makes his return to the Benchwarmers to chat about all things football, Disney, and more.

What is The Benchwarmers?

Sit down with host Alex Anderson and the sports team for an unfiltered, sometimes hilarious, and unpredictable take on local sports. From hot takes to unexpected commentary, you never know where the conversation will go when the crew takes a seat on the bench.
