UAB Green and Told

On this episode of UAB Green & Told, we are joined by UAB Archivist, Tim Pennycuff. In 2019, UAB celebrates its 50th anniversary. Over the first half century, the university has made great strides transitioning from a small extension school to a the top young institution in the United States. Tim explains how the campus outgrew its old buildings while it thirsted for expansion and introduces us to two individuals who were instrumental in blazing a path for a budding university.
