What does it mean to love others as Christ has loved us, especially when loving people is difficult?
In John 15:12–17, Jesus commands His followers to love one another as He has loved them. But this love isn't something we can manufacture through determination alone. It flows from remaining in Christ and understanding the depth of His love for us.
In this message from our Remain series, we examine four characteristics of Christ's love: sacrificial, personal, gracious, and purposeful. We also consider how these qualities should shape our relationships, especially within the local church.
As we grow in our understanding and enjoyment of Christ's love, we become better equipped to extend that love to others.
