Eyal Yanilov was the closest assistant to the founder of Krav Maga, a comprehensive system encompassing self defence, combat and fighting, and third-party protection. Its practical techniques and tactics can be applied to a wide range of violent confrontations, and are being taught by more than 1500 active instructors globally.
Mr Yanilov recently came to the Island and taught a seminar at the invitation of Jersey Krav Maga, but first, he stopped by the studio for this Bailiwick Podcast episode.
