Sasquatch Syndicate

In this episode of Sasquatch Syndicate, Chuck and Dawayne examine the legendary Marble Mountain Bigfoot footage recorded in June 2001 during a backpacking trip in Northern California’s Marble Mountains. Captured by Jim Mills and members of the Campus Life youth group, the video has become one of the most discussed and controversial alleged Sasquatch recordings ever documented.

Many researchers consider this to be one of the longest continuous videos of a possible Bigfoot encounter ever captured on film. The footage appears to show a large dark figure moving through remote mountain terrain before disappearing into the wilderness, leaving viewers divided for decades.

Could this be authentic evidence of Sasquatch, or is there another explanation behind the mysterious figure seen in the video?

What is Sasquatch Syndicate?

Sasquatch Syndicate is a Washington State Non-Profit and Pacific Northwest–based media organization dedicated to the research, documentation, and storytelling of the Sasquatch phenomenon. Founded in 2016 as a Washington State nonprofit, the mission has remained simple: bring the Sasquatch story forward—through media, events, and community—until the question is finally answered.

Over the past decade, the Syndicate has conducted hundreds of interviews with witnesses, researchers, academics, and field investigators from across North America. From firsthand encounter accounts to conversations with leading voices in anthropology, biology, and high-strangeness research, the archive represents one of the most diverse collections of perspectives in the field.

Our work spans podcasts, documentary development, live events, and digital media, all built around a core principle: let the evidence speak. We approach the subject with an open but disciplined mindset—exploring encounter stories, physical evidence, and academic viewpoints without forcing conclusions or choosing sides.

What started as a passion project has grown into a global community of listeners, researchers, and experiencers. Through years of fieldwork, production, and collaboration, Sasquatch Syndicate has remained committed to treating both the subject and the people behind the stories with respect, integrity, and curiosity.

Ten years in, the mission is stronger than ever. With a growing media platform and a deep archive behind it, Sasquatch Syndicate continues to document the unexplained—one conversation, one encounter, and one piece of evidence at a time.
