Morning Majlis

The UAE has announced a four-day official mourning period following the passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, father of Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Flags will fly at half-mast across the UAE and at its diplomatic missions abroad through July 15, as the nation extends its condolences to the Al Thani family.
