Just about everything that could go wrong for Jake before the show even started, did— taking a wrong turn, getting searched by security, and losing his friends without a phone to contact them. We also talk about our first live comedy experience, which was hilarious but not in the ways you'd expect. We think good comedians have great timing, and know how to say things you couldn’t say during the day-to-day. Join us while we talk about our dark sense of humor and how we appreciate a good joke, no matter how uncomfortable it might make everyone else.

What is Similar Vein?

Similar Vein is a podcast where Tyler Talbott and Jake Culey give real time and candid analysis of life through their respective lenses. Tyler is a Singer/Songwriter performing with his band "The Talbott Brothers". Jake is a mechanical engineer and designs products in the consumer electronics industry. The show was inspired by the duo’s regular conversations about life, music, tech, and things in a Similar Vein
