"Guinea Pig" Shows, the Black Theatre Coalition, and Denise Saunders Thompson

A select few live performances with stringent safety protocols are giving a sense of what the new theatrical landscape might look like. One critic urges the dance world to be patient, rather than push for a premature reopening. The newly-founded Black Theatre Coalition is advocating for a massive increase in Black employment in the theater industry. Denise Saunders Thompson, president and CEO of the International Association of Blacks in Dance, leaves a voice message for the dance community.
