In this bite size from episode #69 Carol Cooke talks about how she is training to go to the Paris Paralympics at the age of 63 and how although she hasn’t been able to keep up with some of the younger competitors recently she is still training the hardest she ever has.
Carol also gives some of her insight into her thoughts on longevity and how she doesn’t really think of her age or the age of others around her, preferring to look at how people are living and enjoying their lives instead.
