As a coach I have people send me pictures saying "I want to look like her". Most of us understand we shouldn't compare. Most understand we have different genetics. But many think that if they work hard enough they can change their genetics to look like someone else. Today we break down genetics into a productive conversation to help give woman understanding more and minimize frustration in their fitness journey.
