Building a Leadership Pipeline, Assessing Auditions, and Introducing Liturgy | Matt Powell (Part 2)

In this episode, you'll hear part 2 of Luke's conversation with Matt Powell, the worship minister at Storyline Church in Arvada, Colorado.

In this part of the conversation, Matt breaks down his philosophy on auditions, and how having a good audition structure can enable a streamlined leadership pipeline in your church for people to develop their craft and use their gifts to serve the church.

Matt also shares his insight and philosophy on introducing liturgical elements for the first time at a church that has not historically had many intentional liturgical elements in its services.
