We can all learn a lot from Barbara's example. She shares unbridled enthusiasm and stories of her unique life and accomplishments. She moved to California in her 20's and found this was the place she was meant to be. as she says-- "her place and her people". We talk about her current work with "Conscious Dance" where she teaches how to get in touch with their emotions using the body as the messenger; therapy without words. And her experiences in India as a photo journalist and her experience in Hospice care where she trained doctors on how to administer end of life care in a holistic and personal way.
