PaedSoc on a Pod

Minuri and Aleena are taking the reins of Paedsoc on a Pod for the last time! After an incredible year of 6 monthly episodes and running the program that won the 2024 TuneFM Show of the Year award, they will be stepping down as President and Vice President of the UNE Paediatrics Society and handing the show over to next year's Executive.

Aleena and Minuri have done a truly fantastic job and we look back on their time as show runners with immense pride and joy. They've covered a myriad of different topics relating to paediatrics and child health, produced 6 terrific episodes, and conducted some amazing interviews with health professionals.

Today's episode ends their time as hosts with a bang - they're talking about adolescent mental health and the importance of maintaining positive mental health during these formative years. They'll also be discussing some possible catalysts of poor mental health and how to seek help if you or someone you know is experiencing mental health difficulties.
