World Copper Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration stage junior mining company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral resources in Chile. The Company’s copper porphyry projects include Escalones and Cristal in Chile, and Zonia in Arizona. The Escalones porphyry-skarn copper-gold project has estimated inferred resources of approximately 426 million tons of 0.367% total copper within the oxidized zone, based on approximately 25,000 meters of drill core from approximately 53 holes. The Cristal project is easily accessed from Arica to the west, or via highway 135 from the north or south. The project is located close to the port city of Arica, the Cristal Copper Project is situated in northernmost Chile, adjacent to the Peruvian border. The Zonia project is in Yavapai County, Arizona, and consists of approximately 261 mineral claims and additional surface rights, all totaling approximately 4,279.55 acres.
