KMOJ's Community Viewpoint

Spring is Here—Let’s Clean More Than Just Our Closets
Spring cleaning has always been more than just tradition—it’s culture. It’s that time where we wash the walls, flip mattresses, organize the chaos, pack up the winter, and make room for the new.
But what if we took that same energy and applied it to our lives?
What if we cleaned out our minds, reset our routines, and decluttered our spirits?
Join The Four Opinions as we dive deep into what it means to do a soul-level spring cleaning. From mental health to physical wellness, we’re talking all the ways to reset, refresh, and realign as we step boldly into a new season.
Because sometimes the best glow-up starts with a good ol’ clean-up—from the inside out.
