The real estate market has had its challenges all over the country. It is not so much in North Texas, but certainly all over. It's been slow, at least slower than it was two years ago. My theory is that anytime the economy gets slow, it weeds out the people who watched Million Dollar Listing, saw the commissions, and thought it was that easy. So, as some realtors leave the market, the strong survive. My next guest is such a person, Kim Maher is with The Magic Train.
