Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #2 - I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
 
In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Why and How to Make MEGA Engagement Videos, Engagement is something that I'm coaching up, though some of the questions that comes up was either "I want to do what you're doing" or "I don't get my result like others". Comparing yourself to others will only lead you down to a rocky path. A lot of people are paying for views and for me to come up with thousands of videos, I really did master what I have to say and how to spark engagement. On this episode, we will talk about how to get more engagement on your videos, what does this means or how to handle negative comments. This is how I am coaching the next level of my people, tell them stories and always spark the comment section! Handling all the bunch of negative comments really sucks because I’m not the one who typically just want to be hated, I’m one happy guy I love everybody.  Getting likes and dislikes is a big factor, think of it they are still watching your videos and adding up some comments (hate or not) still it’s an engagement, we are not just dealing with positive comments, handling those negativities will balance everything. Remember, the more raw you are on video, the more reach out you will get.  You got to have a few videos that would carry your channel, trust me they will bring everything else up that you will notice a channel change for good. For all the videos and blogs that you are doing, always say the things from your perspective, a lot of people might not see it from your side but still there are people who will listen to you and that is your ideal audience. It’s exactly who you really want to work with. From there you can get a lot of referrals, building you empire of connections and business.
