Ep. 31 Coach Jason Strout - On this weeks episode of the Empire Boxing Podcast, Boxing and May Thai Coach Jason Strout joins us from Las Vegas after a long day of UFC weigh-ins in preparation for fight night at the Apex. Jason, a Milwaukee native, now resides in Florida and is a Boxing, Kick Boxing and Muay Thai coach at Kill Cliff Gym. He was formerly head coach and co-owner of Church Street Boxing Club in NYC and has also moonlighted as a Commentator for Absolute Muay Thai on UFC Fight Pass. Jason had some noteworthy accomplishments as an athlete, winning the Wisconsin State Boxing Tournament, an ISKA Jr. Middleweight title, an IKF Jr. Middleweight title and is the IKF regional Muay Thai Champion. Coach J and Jason dive into his origin story, his life philosophy and it's pretty hard not to be inspired by this guy and his cool, laid back demeanour.
