In this episode, we discuss the different ways in which our justice system can show preferential treatment to an individual based on their race, status, wealth, religion, etc. Known as a 'Two-Tier Justice System', we try to get to the bottom of whether or not it is actually a thing, or if people have preconceived notions. We also dip our toe into the subject of reparations.
