Cait Donovan is sharing her tips for letting go of resentment and setting boundaries to avoid serious burnout.

“No” is not a complete sentence. If you want to establish clear, healthy boundaries, you need to be specific in communicating your boundaries with those around you. Above all else, make sure you are giving yourself grace.
