When Caesar Fernandez went to the park with his daughter, a woman said to him, "Oh that's so sweet, you're babysitting." As a dad, you've probably heard this condescending sexist compliment before, and you probably brushed it off. But for Caesar, he had had enough and told the woman that "No, I don't babysit. This is called parenting."

Modern dads are engaged and don't babysit, but we also need support systems. So how can we find our tribe?

Hi, I'm Mike! Along with being a dad by day, I'm also a mental health counselor by night in my own private practice.
