Today we welcome two very special guests to the pod. The owner of Strange Strength and Conditioning, Samantha Lusk and the owner of Wilder Athletics, Charles Chung.

The two business owners were super honest about how they are balancing being parents to 8-month old twins, business owners, and leaders in their community. They really opened the door and gave us an honest insight into their life.

If you're a new parent struggling to get back into your routine, a business owner who is looking to make changes, or someone who just needs to see that even those on top of the fitness field have daily struggles just like you LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE.
