Brooke talks about growing up in Minnesota, moving to FL, finding CrossFit and rising to the top of the competitive landscape in a hurry. Brooke made her CrossFit Games Debut in 2019 as an individual and then placed 1st at The Filthy 150 Sanctional with her ROMWOD Meat Squad Team. With the COVID-19 related changes to the Games season, Brooke is considering an individual invite to the 2020 Reebok CrossFit Games in Aromas for her top 20 Open finish as well as planning for a team competition in Cookeville.
