This week features an interview with one of Lisa’s colleagues, Yoga Therapist Susan Frankovich. Lisa and Susan explain the difference between yoga therapy and a yoga class and how it can offer relief from anxiety, autoimmune conditions and much more as a helpful adjunct to western medicine and physical therapy. 
 
Susan Frankovich is a Yoga Therapist, a PSYCH-K® & Women's Circle facilitator, and a Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. The transformation she witnesses through the one-on-one and group work she does inspires her to no end. Her ultimate goal is to assist people in finding balance and empowerment in all aspects of their lives. She sees clients both in person and virtually.
