With a creative mind and an entrepreneurial spirit, it’s really no surprise that Lela Rose became an acclaimed fashion designer with her own label. But, before she was being featured on red carpets or being worn by royalty, she was doing it all herself — cutting, draping, cleaning, and shipping. Now, with a larger staff, Lela prides herself on being uniquely committed to her employees and keeping production local.
