Now the church's official position, a nation has a right to its borders. In the back were his wife and baby. How do we know that they were married? Well, because the woman says in Spanish, because she's crying, she's hysterical. We don't know if this guy, her husband, was one of the worst of the worst. We don't know if he was just, you know, an ordinary illegal immigrant here illegally. But here we have a situation where a family is being divided. A man is being arrested in the presence of his wife, and the baby had to be less than a year old. That's not necessarily what happens. Not all of these people who are arrested are just thrown on a plane, flown over Honduras, and tossed out with a parachute. Some of them are released again. She's crying. She's hysterical. And she insists on going with her husband. The meat packing plant lost 80 people. Well, you know what happened the very next day? The meat packing plant was flooded with local job applicants. Illegal immigration does interfere with or degrade the labor force. That's just true. So the USCCB is talking about having laws to protect illegal immigrants. And I'm like, yeah, I'm sorry for your uncle, but why did he come here illegally? Clearly, you're here legally.
