Self Doubt is a remnant of old separation paradigm thinking.  The "us against them" mentality based in a scarcity mindset, linear model.  That's all to say, it's time is coming to an end and it begins in you - right now, or at least the next time it shows up in you!
In this episode I teach you how to become aware of self doubt as it is showing up within you - in real time, as it’s happening.
Then I’ll teach you how to identify the thoughts that are creating that feeling we call self doubt and how to move towards thoughts that will first subdue the self doubt and then move you towards capability, certainty, connection and confidence.
