Episode 28 of the OneSignal podcast hosted by Josh Wetzel welcomes Forrester's  VP and Principal Analyst Joe Stanhope and Forrester Principal TEI Consultant Sean Owens.  They joined to discuss the total economic impact study OneSignal commissioned (methodology here) and explain Forrester’s framework for Marketers' Win in Consumer Moments. 

Sean summarized the results, which included 4 unique OneSignal customers, which delivered a faster and more efficient solution, and demonstrated a 425% ROI (return on investment).  

Joe then discussed Forrester’s Marketers Win in Consumer Moments framework.  This is Moments are a way of breaking down a consumer's customer experience with a product or service.  The context of each user and how they interact with a product or service.  

How Does a Company think about identifying which moments to prioritize?
It is an analytical project to understand which of these points in a user’s journey are most important.  The focus should be on pinpointing the critical moments when a consumer's proclivity to upgrade, subscribe, pay, and/or buy is high.  It is the important user transition points that should be focused on.  Focus on the moments where a user has to make important decisions.
