In episode 49 of Putting the Pieces Together, Jennifer, Lorna, and Kurtis prompt Carmen Semeniuk, Principal of Light of Christ School in Lakeland Catholic School Division to revisit the four year journey the school has been on with respect to implementing, refining, and deepening Collaborative Response. Carmen shares ideas that resonated in the process of introduction, key shifts that have made the process more efficient, support provided to the school from the divisional level, and manners in which new staff are introduced to ensure the framework is sustainable. Reflection is focused on what is convenient and purposeful to ensure students AND staff are effectively supported.
