Long before the sign goes into the ground seller's must remove their "seller hat" and put on their "buyer hat". In this episode we'll give you the tips & tools of everything you need to know before selling. When should you contact a realtor? How should I select a realtor? What should we do, or not do, to prepare our home for the best offer and from the best buyer.

Start by standing in front of your own home...what does it look like? How does it compare to your neighbors? Do your neighbors help or hurt you when you sell?  Freshening your landscaping goes a long way in "putting your best foot forward". Remember - people will drive by your home long before walking through it, so have your home looking grreat even at night while you are listed.

What "experience" should I create when selling my home? It is about the sights, sounds, and smells when you sell! In what ways can I present my home to stand out from others that are for sale, and position to sell quickly and forr the most money and best terms?
