Show Notes

Xan Blacq is a performer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and solo artist with a lot of stories to tell. Xan went through his career with Lara: from his first music steps at the local church to being Amy Winehouse's BV & keys player and working with Mark Ronson, Nigel Kennedy, Laura Mvula, and Candi Staton, Xan never really stopped travelling and gigging until the pandemic hit. With lockdown came the opportunity to start a new venture as a composer for the music for film, podcast and TV sector, something that is now keeping Xan busy while life goes back to some sort of normality.
