Show Notes
Hey y’all, this is Emily.
Welcome to Tackling Minds!
You will hear a few series here where I’ve compartmentalized personal stories and movement lifestyles. There might be more in the future, no doubt, because I love making this stuff for y’all but for now, we got Power of Struggle and Re.Move
Tune in to learn more about those mini-series and WHY I started this podcast.
The big picture, you guys, is mental health. We may all train it a little differently to one another. The cool thing is, that we all have that desire to be healthily resilient.
Living with cancer would be so different if it wasn’t for the support of donations. Since cancer, I have been unemployable, today would mark roughly 2 years. Honestly, a podcast is also the complete opposite of what an income should look like. Yes, it is still a big dilemma (I admit), but this is something I believe in, that mental health is the key for all of us - and our survival. So, while working on my health to allow work with a solid income to resume, I wanna get a head start on contribution like this that doesn’t require risking my life.
If this project sounds like something you can get behind, I truly appreciate your continuous support. I’ve set up a Patreon page where you may directly support the podcast production. Until then, I do hope you may support by subscribing to the podcast and sharing this with your friends and family.
