Cat and Scott sit down with Haley Morrone! A young woman who grew up enduring sexual abuse, then the fall out of that coming to light, to look for a peer group that would be there and support her. She meets her husband in high school where he joins the service which leads them both to a life in CrossFit! Haley was the subject of a bet in which her friends thought she would be the first to quit and ended up be the last one standing.
