She started screaming out loud making a scene in this facility. And there are guardrails when you are given permission to come into these facilities because they are in fact detention facilities."

The detention center is separated into four different areas, Alpha, Bravo, Delta, and Charlie, and all the bad folks were in the Bravo area, and I didn't go there."
