Beginning in 2015, the
4th Down Foundation served as a motivational speaking program for high schools, focusing on tools for prevention of harmful behaviors in order to preserve career potential and reduce rates of substance abuse.
But they realized their foundation could be more effective by focusing our time and energy on building sustainable leadership development platforms for high school sports teams.
With the help from coaches, teachers, and counselors, our leadership program continues to infiltrate more high schools and is becoming one of the fastest growing non-profit organizations in North Carolina.
The 4th Down Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves high schools and universities by helping to build customized and sustainable leadership development programs for their athletic teams.
They provide leadership conferences, special events, and retreats in order to fund our mission and educate athletes on the fundamentals of leadership while providing opportunities for those individuals to apply that knowledge in team-based challenges designed to test and build their leadership abilities.
