Courtney Bourasaw - Building a Catering Business from Scratch

Courtney Bourasaw is the Founder of Rainbow Eats, which is a catering company. But she also personal chefs for clients, as well as puts on Farm-Table events throughout the year! I've been able to attend one of these, and the food was amazing!

I wanted to note that Courtney recorded this podcast shortly after her stepdaughter passed away from a brain tumor, and yet she still came out to record the podcast, and share a little bit about it during the recording. I have the utmost respect for Courtney, and admire her strength to continue on during such a hard time.
