We completely agree that internet technology has not replaced many of the 'old school' systems of prospecting, selling, time management, networking, and the rest of the real estate agent's repertoire. Whether you're tech-savvy or not, you can use this technology to become more professional and efficient. A piece of technology should either save time or money or give you a competitive edge.

YouTube. Again, a whole other subject. You should at least reserve yourself a YouTube username. If you aren't using it now... you should be. YouTube has 2 billion users worldwide. 79% of Internet users have their own YouTube account. Almost all marketers consider YouTube to be the most effective video marketing platform. That's a decent client base. Get in the game or you’ll be left behind!
